Anything Auto Immune

My brother has been waiting for years for this promotion,  and when it actually came, it involves that he be transferred to a new branch office at Toronto.  Since he was a bachelor, moving there only requires him to look for a condo unit to move into. It was actually a great opportunity, a change in environment, a big salary, and prestige, passing this up will be one of his worst judgments ever!

His boss gave him a week off to find a bachelor’s pad, a condo unit to live at Toronto! And with a wide selection of Toronto Condominiums to choose from, my brother was having a difficult time! All of the condo units he saw was perfect! And deciding which one among the Toronto Condos, was really hard for him! His week was about to be finished, and thus desperate times call for desperate measures! He decided to get a real estate agent! And his desperation led to a great decision! The real estate agent was very specific in details that never once did cross his mind! And to think those details were so basic, but a necessity! Those would include electric fixtures, plumbing, and heating, and of course the contract price!  After a few days on consulting with his real estate agent, he was finally ready to move in to Toronto!
